Grapes were harvested in peak conditions. Under careful temperature controls , they were slowly pressed before a short skin maceration process and maturing period on lees. -

Traditional vinification process. It is done by a soft and long extraction of aromas and tannins. 10 to 15 days of maceration in vats. -

Pressing of the grapes with temperature control. Slow and soft extraction with numerous pumping over, releasing, and punching of the cap for a better color and concentration. Skin maceration for few weeks.
